Materials from Telka's 11-week Program

After running her program from 1989 to 2014 for clients, and training therapists from 2006 to 2022, the materials from Telka's 11-week program are now available on this website.  Telka's tools, resources and recommendations are not a substitute for mental health treatment or intended to be used as medical care. You are welcome to use these materials for self-help or with the provider of your choice.
